Pilsner-style pale lager
The 12° lager is the flagship of our brewery. It is brewed using the decoction method from floor-malted barley and Saaz hops. Before it reaches your table, it undergoes a 60-day production process, during which it matures in the cellar for at least 7 weeks. The lager is characterized by its golden color and a compact, long-lasting foam that leaves beautiful rings on the glass.
After a malty start on the palate, it is followed by a balanced bitterness with a gentle finish, which is typical of Czech lagers.

Hefe Weizen-style pale wheat beer
The 11° wheat beer is a top-fermented brew inspired by the Bavarian Hefe Weizen style. It boasts a full flavor with banana notes and a hint of clove. The breadiness of wheat malt, which makes up more than half of the grain bill, is complemented by a light fruity aroma from the hops used.
At first sip, you will notice the typical banana aroma accompanied by clove notes and the breadiness of wheat malt, slightly enhanced by a citrusy hop aroma. The overall bitterness is low, and the high CO2 content ensures a creamy, long-lasting foam.

American Pale Ale
Our Ale 11° is originally a British beer style that American craft brewers have transformed into its current form. This Pale Ale is characterized by a higher bitterness in taste and intense hop aroma derived from American hops, which we used both during the boil and for dry hopping in the tank during maturation.
The Pale Ale has a pleasant hop bitterness and intense aroma. After sipping, it leaves a dry finish in the mouth. The maltiness of the body is lower and is balanced by the citrus hop aroma.

Dark Lager
Dark beers are a popular beer style in Central Europe. Special and caramel malts give our bottom-fermented dark 13° a deep dark color and a distinctive flavor with caramel and coffee notes, complemented by a gentle bitterness.
On the palate, you'll experience a dry, slightly bitter, and caramel taste. However, don't expect a dominant malty sweetness; the dark 13° is a refreshing beer with high drinkability. It has an aroma of roasted malt with a subtle fragrance from Saaz hops.
